Productive day in Homer.

25-library.md

Finally checked out Homer Public Library.

Nice, modern space, group study rooms bookable.

WiFi was reasonably fast.

We admired the seed library.

55-dinner.md

Dinner at Fat Olive.

Calzones were meat or veggie, no balanced option and no substitutions.

Spinach salad was hearty and enjoyable.

Meat calzone was too much.

Chicken calzone was better.

Carrot cake was moist.

Drove to Bishop Beach.

It was a rocky and wet, but fun walk.

We went as far as we could before we reached an impassable stream.

Tried to build a bridge out of rocks, but ran out of steam.

Pretty views of white mountains across the sound.

75-shop.md

Stopped by Cole’s Market, the locally owned grocer.

They had Liquid Death (our favorite sparkling water), so we picked up two.

Meat market across the street was already closed.

Back to our usual romp to rest, read, and write.

Up early tomorrow for water taxi to Glacier Hike.
