Travel day with a bit of exploration.

Stopped by Fire Island Bakery in Anchorage.
Bought a loaf of rustic wheat, bread pudding, and some muffins and croissant.
Ran into David and they gave us some stickers.

Approximately 4.5 hour drive to Homer.
Flirted with the perimeter of Girdwood but didn’t visit.
Beautiful drive with snow capped mountains entering the Kenai area.
Light traffic and some road construction.
Passed through Soldotna.
Arrived in Homer mid-afternoon.

Saw an “eagle” on the beach (it was not an eagle).
